missingWrote a review on 22 Janclean poolsdecent viewcostly taxi
The pools are clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape for relaxation. The double room with a sea view offers a decent view of the horizon, making for a pleasant morning awakening.
The hotel's location requires a 20-minute drive from town, which means costly taxi rides unless you have a vehicle, and the staff sometimes orders taxis with varying prices. The 'all-inclusive' deal is pretty limited. the buffet often serves cold food without steam tables, and drinks are mostly low-quality options. The beds are too hard, lacking comfort, and the mini-bar is just a small fridge stocked with sodas, with extra charges for consumption. No swim-up bars or the ability to enjoy drinks in the pool add to a somewhat underwhelming experience overall.

the bed felt like a slab of rock, and don't even get me started on the drinks. flat beer and tasteless wine? really? as a matter of fact, i almost gave them a glowing review but just couldn't. after all, i expected a warm welcome, not this lukewarm experience. i'm still shaking my head over it.

charming, charming, charming
I loved my stay! The beach felt like my own private paradise, and the attentive bar staff kept the excellent drinks flowing all day. The all-inclusive option was a delight. The food was varied and fresh, especially on Mexican night when we enjoyed fantastic live music!

I loved staying right on a beautiful beach, which was perfect for relaxing mornings. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience feel special. My room had a lovely sea view that added to the tranquil atmosphere, and the beach access was just steps away.
The road leading to the hotel had quite a few rocks and holes, so be cautious if driving.

I had a very disappointing experience. On top of that, we faced water and electricity shortages. In extreme heat, it was unbearable without air conditioning. I advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a peaceful retreat.

It was just a fitting option for getting around Tulum with attractive value for money. The beach access was incredible, perfect for sunset walks. For better dining options, consider exploring local restaurants outside the resort.

Just returned from a blissful stay where the beachfront lounge vibe was everything! The spa experience was exceptional. On the downside, an optional blanket for cooler mornings would be nice.
